SUMMARY:The stories behind the photos - Barbara Meyer
DESCRIPTION:Based in Lincolnshire\, wildlife photographer Barbara Meyer began her professional career more than 12 years ago. She has a number of talks but is going to tell us some of the background stories. Taking photos of wildlife is not like taking photos of buildings\, landscapes or even of people. Taking photos of a leopard or a deer in the wild takes skills and patience. In this talk Barbara shares some of the challenges and memorable moments\, she experienced while taking photos of big cats as well as African and British wildlife in their natural habitat or respectively in captivity You can see examples of her work on her excellent website http://www.bigcatphotography.co.uk/
