SUMMARY:The World Of Monochrome With A Touch Of Colour by Roger Fountain
DESCRIPTION:A member of the Synergy Club\, Roger will show us his development as a photographer in this interesting print presentation. He starts off with a humble beginning showing a couple of images that gained a 6 and 9 respectively in N&EMPF.  Then a few portraits\, some high key stairwells\, some dramatic heavy snowfalls in The Roaches\, scenes of the Seine in Paris\, then into long exposures and finally his present passion of his unique Fine Art Architectural images of buildings from around the UK. These will include some before and after shots to show the level of patience and technical skill required.  Around 90% will be monochrome and the rest with a dash of colour.

DESCRIPTION:A repeat of a very successful evening last season when our Vice President Martin Bamford asked you to submit five different images of a subject of your own choosing but all taken over a 25 minute time period. (You could walk along Beeston High Road for example) Simple but effective. You can do it over the summer. So no need to wait until 14th November! Details of how to submit them will be issued over the summer period. And it is not going to be time stamped so as long as it is around the 25 minute time period.

DESCRIPTION:Peter has entertained us in the past with his Brummie humour but is now retiring from the circuit. However\, he is bringing us his final digital talk that he created in 2023-2024. It consists mainly of portraits taken in different places in the UK which are then worked on and put them into different but extremely realistic backgrounds. Peter will demonstrate the techniques involved in achieving the stunning results.
